I was driving my car in town and it died on me. I called the service desk at Ed Morse, and an employee named Pete came to the site right away where I was located. Luckily the car started again and my husband came and he drove it to the dealership which happened to be close by where the car had died. It just so happened that our car was scheduled to be serviced the next day, so we left it there over night. They addressed the issue which was due to an earlier GM recall that we had the car in for 2 months prior which they replace parts due to that recall. We talked to the service manager named Rob Whittmer who was very curtious and understanding. He was very helpful in explaining the process involved with the recall issue. Hopefully it's fixed now and we won't have anymore issues with the car. We appreciate and thank Pete and Rob for their prompt response and help in making our experience as pleasant as possible.

I had a air conditioning problem it took them at least 3 times to figure it out cost me over 500 and some dollars had extended warranty but was only going to get a $100 of that back never have seen that yet or any paperwork so I think it was not done right fairly! I initially created my appointment online and indicated that I wanted the following done: Repair the AC - it was not working, oil change, and check for recalls. Two days prior to the appointment I went online again to update the appointment and added comments that the cooling fan was running constantly. I received a call on the day of the appointment to tell me that a new thermostat was needed and that I could use new brakes on the front. I agreed to both. When I picked the truck up the AC did not work. Apparently they did not see it on the work order. I would NOT have done the brakes as the AC cost me another $1200. Very disappointed in the dealership.

it took one phone call to get things started, employees had vehicle ready for viewing inside of the building prior to my arrival which was nice due to high heat level outside. They also stayed late to get the initial paperwork together for approval. The next day i was called by the sales man and was informed that we were approved and that they had done everything they could to get as close to the actual number for payment as they could. once that was complete and we accepted they set up an appointment time and even though we arrived a few minutes late were taken right in and the entire process lasted about 30 min. Very professional and people friendly staff.

I made an appointment to have the power door lock accuator checked out on my 21 Silverado. I brought it in, the repair was done, I paid my bill and went outside to test the automatic lock and found some parts to my door lying on top of my bed cover. I had to wait approximates 40 min. for the tech. to "re-repair" my truck.

My appointment was for 9:00. I had set up the appt. on line and the full information did not get to Muscatine service, and they did not ask any questions, they just gave me a service time. So first, when I arrived for my appointment, Muscatine had to find if they even had the tires I wanted and then I had to leave my car because they were very busy. Charles was very helpful and was doing everything he could for me, so this is not on Charles. Going forward, I will stop in to set up service and not trust the online service center.

I gave the salesperson a brief listing of all of the features I was interested in. He listened intently and manifested 2 very good options. I test drove the car and knew immediately this is the vehicle I want. Drives straight as an arrow. Rough road ahead, handles like butter. Plenty of get up and go. He did not pressure us to make any decision. I was decisive and we started the process of purchasing that vehicle. They said they would fill the tank with gas and they did. Service was a priority. He gave us some water as we went through the paperwork. This was as good as the experience of buying a car can get. We will be back to buy my wife's vehicle soon, and we look forward to that experience as well.
